We conducted qualitative and quantitative research on consumer behavior. Performed in-depth interviews and meta-analysis in Taiwan and China. Designed innovative analysis methods combining interviews and other quantitative data sources to provide consumer insights. I was also in charge of technology-related topics and presented at public events.
We also built a Leading Consumer Database. This database contains concepts and sentences that represent consumer needs and values, as denoted by domain experts. Users can find consumer insights through semantic search and topic navigation. My role is responsible for the technical aspects of this project, including corpus building, natural language processing, SaaS architecture, and implementation coordination. Communication and collaboration with domain experts are also important tasks in this project.
